What payments do you accept?
PayPal- We accept payments via PayPal in US Dollars only. PayPal allows customers to pay using their credit and debit cards, PayPal account balances, and bank accounts securely without sharing your personal information. Important: Please note PayPal” E-Check” payments take an additional 5 business days to process. PayPal will not allow us to ship your order until they verify your payment has cleared.
Debit/Credit Cards- We accept payment via debit and credit cards via safe and secure Stripe. Your credit information is never shared with us. Please be sure your billing and shipping address match your card to avoid delays.
Disclaimer: SheGotHair.com reserves the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity. Our customer service department may email you at the email address you provided to confirm your order. To avoid delays, please be sure your name, billing and shipping address matches the card you provide. If any order cancellation occurs you will be credited in full for the canceled order(s) and your order will not be shipped. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as our company from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
What if my order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect?
While we try our best to process your order as quickly as possible, sometimes human errors can occur in fulfilling an order. Other times, the merchandise may be damaged during the shipping process. How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us to cancel an order. If your order has not departed our facilities, we can cancel the order. Please note that you will incur a $10 restock fee.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return the hair?
Due to the nature of our product, and federal health regulations, all of our hair extensions are final sale. We do not offer refunds on any hair extension purchases. If you believe that you have received defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. SALE OF CUSTOM ORDERS, CLOSURES AND FRONTALS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
What about exchanges?
Exchange policy: Exchanges may be granted for the same product type. Hair must be returned within 7 business days of delivery for an exchange. *please note- return shipping cost are not refunded.*
Exchanges must be returned with an approved Return Authorization Form. Items that are returned outside of the exchange policy will be discarded and no exchange or refund issued. Once items are received, inspected and meet conditional criteria (see below), an exchange will be issued within 2-4 days.
Exchange criteria: We will NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn. The hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed, cut, color treated or taken out of the bundle. Color variations are not eligible for exchanges. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best hair. What Shipping Method do you use?
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN USA through USPS/ FedEX ($20.00 flat rate) for International orders.
SheGotHair.com currently ships via USPS (United States Postal Service) in the US and FedEx for International orders. FREE shipping requires 3-5 business for delivery after it ships, and in some cases may require a signature upon delivery. For lengths 26-30 please allow 2-4 additional days for shipping. Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers are provided via email for all orders as soon as your package departs our facilities. You may track your order by visiting track.shegothair.com.
EXPRESS SHIPPING POLICY
SheGotHair.com offers 1-2 day shipping at an additional cost of $50.00 ($60 for International orders). This shipping method automatically includes insurance and signature confirmation at no extra charge. You may track your order by visiting track.shegothair.com.
A USPS/FedEx tracking number does not guarantee the delivery date and time of your package. Deliveries can take 3-7 days longer than normal to deliver during the holidays (especially during the month of December) or due to weather delays. SGH is not responsible or liable for any USPS/FedEx errors during transit, including damage and loss of package, and for any “reasonable” delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames.
Is Insurance included with my package?
All orders placed via SheGotHair.com are entitled to insurance. All packages are insured up to $300, should your package gets lost, stolen, or arrives damaged. To file an insurance claim, please contact us promptly at 678-631-9959.
